Section 211
Not to be hijacked
(1) No person shall abduct or cause to be abducted any person.
(2) For the purpose of sub-section (1), a person shall be deemed to have committed kidnapping if he does any of the following:-
(a) using or threatening to use force, deceiving or intimidating, coercing, coercing, showing or not showing a weapon or forcing a person to take drugs or intoxicating substances or in any way seizing a vehicle in which a person is traveling or If he is taken or forced to go to any place by taking control or controlling him in any way or,
(b) If a person is forcibly taken to a place without the consent of a person or a child or a person who is under the shelter of others due to physical infirmity or who is not at home due to mental illness or without the consent of his parents or guardian.
